I was recently disappointed to find that the state of ___________ was participating, in the latest expansion of an already bloated federal government, to put free cell phones into the hands of low-income Americans. Is having a cell phone now a civil right or a government luxury? It is unthinkable that our government, in a time of financial crisis, would impose this unnecessary expenditure on tax payers.

I propose to you that this is frivolous and careless government spending and am urging you to see that it is stopped!
