SEATTLE: Beautiful, Wonderful, Refreshing! A perfect mixture of the city, scenery and of course the great weather!
I went to Seattle last week for a music workshop and took some pictures to document my trip:
In the Beginning @ Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans
A beautiful view from the plane- Above the clouds!
Arriving @ the Seattle/Tacoma airport. This is a cool luggage display in their baggage claim area.
An up-close shot.
This is what I woke up to the next morning. There were actually fish in that little pond!
The beautiful view from my window
The trees are already changing in Seattle. Have you ever seen such a beautiful color!?!
This is Carter happily eating an M&M cookie.
After 3 years, I finally got to go to Claim Jumper! Mmmmmm a delicious restaurant!
This is a cake inside their display case. They are known for their HUGE portions! Just imagine a slice of this cake!
A menu item that struck me funny....."Widow Maker Burger"!?! Would you order that?
Me & Lana. She is a beautiful mom-to-be with #2 (a girl!).
For those of you who know Noah...this is his new little sister Mariana. She is a doll!
Me & Aurey! If you're ever bored she'll keep you entertained!!!
Me & Thawa......(don't ask me to finish spelling!?!?)
Bro. Steve Pixler was also at this music conference. I purchased his cd called "Walk with Me". If you like jazz, you'll love this.....you can order it here. I love this cd I have listened to it constantly!

Back to the trip...
We went to Anthony's Saturday evening. I was trying to capture the view of the sailboats. I love it!
Sailboats at night...
Me & Lana with the fish! After all this time, I just realized that this fish is made of baseballs! ;-) In honor of the Seattle Mariners.
My flight back home was late at night. Here is the view of the city from the sky.

I am so jealous! Especially that you went to Claim Jumper :)!
Looks like you had a great trip. We ate a slab of that cake in Arizona a few years ago after listening to Brother Larry Booker preach about Claim Jumpers. We loved it. Too bad there aren't any here. ;-(
That message was the same reason I wanted to go! That was several years ago, so it was a long time dream! ;)
